Each Track Report includes your event’s carbon footprint, an industry benchmark, mitigation tips and optional offset estimates.

How to use Track

For in-person events these may include an Agenda, Running Order, Crew &/or Travel Schedules, ShowFlow, Event Bible or Working Document, if available.

For activations, exhibition stands / booths these may include: PDF CAD floor plan or axonometric plan, visualisation or render, invoices or details of freight/ transportation, your crew travel and client travel details, if available.

Receive your quotation from event:decision by email to review and e-signature.

Confirm when you have uploaded all relevant documents and are ready for reporting, in the event's portal.
